Nebula, why did you quit seedsman as a recommended seed bank? I've been using them for 7 years with great success but my last two orders I've had terrible luck germinating seeds from them. Especially their seeds. I complained to them and they are sending me freebies. But this may be my last time dealing with them. Wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Thanks for all you do.

Seeds are a crap shoot these days. I won't recommend a breeder, buy I've found one that is consistent on quality and stick with them. Even if desired strains are out of stock, I can find something I'll want to grow. Seedsman has been good with customer service and I still use them. As far as germination goes, I keep it simple, soak for a day in water, then plant right into grow medium.
After 30+ grows I think I've had 3 or 4 seeds not sprout.

Yea, that's what I do. I was getting about 95% success for the first few years. But lately less then 50%. Mostly their seeds and mostly the freebies. They also have about the best prices and selection. Thanks.
