I've never used it myself, but Diamond Black by General Organics (same company as General Hydroponics, but it's from their organic line) is pretty highly rated in soil. Don't use in hydro though!

It's completely organic though lots of people claim it smells terrible. I think they actually mine for the main ingredient Leonardite in what's basically a prehistoric swamp
