Fungus gnats.

The bad news is that I have never heard of only 2 fungus gnats. The good news is that they are reasonably easy to get rid of, and they don't really do harm to the plant unless you get them bad and they damage your roots.
I had quite a few so I put about an inch of sand on top of my peat based medium and let the top of my medium dry out more between watering's. It took about 10-12 days at least to get rid of them all.
If you use sand or DE on top of your soil, it is best to water in a way that doesn't wash it all down into your medium.
 
I feel it is safer should you inhale it. If I'm gonna smoke the weed, I want food grade stuff in contact with it. Not some agricultural stuff.
 
Well there was definitely only 2 cause I searched the whole room after that and found nothing. I've been going back every hour to make sure none are hiding and I still haven't found anymore. Maybe it was just a little bug and I'm just paranoid. I'm going to use de to help prevent this from happening again. Thanks for your help!
 
Just from looking at your plants. I don' t see a problem at all. Your girls look healthy. Keep doing what you're doing.
 
Never just 2 dry out top of soil and turn the fan up a bit and spread some sand on top that should do it! Yellow stickie cards put in pots will tell you how many you have thay love yellow and can't resist them. Lol

Good point about fruit flies. They are attracted to vinegar so if you make a little fruit fly trap that will get them. Fungus gnats wont touch vinegar though.
 
Thank you every body! Sorry it took so long to get back to y'all. Got everything under control with some de and sticky traps.
