Full spectrum from start with Autos?

Hey guys!
Quick, probably stupid question.

Do you go full spectrum from start with your autos ? Or do you give them grow light during first 3 weeks ?

You can do any, however its best to use the vegging function to better match the total light output to the plants stage of growth. Also with younger plants, the photosynthetic capacity is lower and so with having lower light intensity, plants tend to stretch more. So having more ratio of blue during these stages of growth helps to counteract this aspect. I dont grow autos so i am not sure if stretching is a wanted atribute.

Funny thing is that I was discussing this with another member by DMs and he told me that I should check your posts.

I will veg them with blue and give them all in flower.

I am only using one big led light today but am thinking about installing some smal light in the corner of my tent to get a more even light. And more light
