Grand, I lived in the middle of Nashville, we grew our own tomatoes, lettuce and other things. People who live in the city, in skyscrapers and such have rooftop gardens and vertical gardens to grow their vegetables. It's not hard and you don't need a lot of space. It was really forward thinking of several companies in Nashville, they grew their produce behind their sandwich shop, and on top of the Music City Center, they planted a garden to be used for the restaurant located in the center.
