Found after six days in the drying room. Is this mold?

Do an autopsy. What does the inside look like? Split the stem.

I was just concerned about the brown material. If it's not mold then great, I will continue with the dry.

If you cut it ope you can tell of it's mold.

Yeah, it's suspicious. Do you know the temperature and humidity in your drying room? Can you sequester what affected buds you see?
We run across two main issues with mold and mildew on buds (in the forum): WPM and bud rot. WPM is on the surface and looks like what it is, a white powdery mildew. Bud rot is somewhat a misnomer because it can start in the stem of a living plant. That's why I was asking about what the inside of your stems look like since you cannot look at other parts of the living plant.

That second pix resembles dried bud rot. Was there any on the plant when harvested? Break it open and look inside, is it brown inside?
