Forced root aeration

Does anyone have any hints tips on aereation of roots ive got 2x25l pots 1/3 full clay pebblese 2/3 coco/perlite/compost/pebbles mix with a big flat airstone at the bottom seems a good idea reading mixed reviews of others who have tried any feedback b good?

lol yup It works good until they dry out then it stresses them so bad they grow seeds ,I would disconnect it immediately and put it your water then give her the water ,its a good idea that doesn't work ,sorry to be so negative but it cost me a whole grow
