Follow Up Post to my Sprouting Seeds Post

So I've had them in their starter cubes for a few hours and it feels like it keeps getting pretty dry compared to cubes that don't have seedlings. Should I keep lightly watering the cubes? Or let them do their thing? And since they feel dry, does that mean that the seeds are okay?

The whole plug is dry? Usually the top dries out but the middle and bottom stay moist. If not, spray until moist and check again in an hour.
