Folks in non-legal states read this

Shit this is why u use amazon and if thats a problem i have no problem doing the same and takeing a 4 hour road trip so they cant follow me back or is amazon stright?

Man I had a close call with an Amazon package on Thursday I order a seedling propergator and the ups guy came real early I just happened to be home not usual for me but neways the thing was not in a box it was in the original packaging. He gave it to me I took it inside went back outside and my landlord was walking past the porch with the weed eater I was lucky he didn't see it because I know he would of known what it was for.

I got raided once. When I got home it looked like a bunch of middle school kids went thru my house. I won't go into detail but I just wish they would have left my lemon basil to finish drying

I got raided once. They pointed a gun at my 11 month old baby daughter in her crib alone in her nursery.. Bunch of real brave ass holes.

A friend of mine lives in mass, he feels really comfortable growing 20 plants, DOesnt think they care. As long as not suspected of selling.

Naw fucc that they try that with me me and the cop that did it will both be dead i dont play qhen it come to my daughter which is why imma install a secret addic access and thinking of putting it up there only issue is its 96° up there in the early fall about 110° dureing the summer so id have to cure that problem befor anything but i never leave home and only talk to people on here so i doubt anyone is looking at me inless they watch amazon but i doubt they can do that legally

While we all need to be careful, even those in legal States, because you're only protected from the Fed if you are in compliance with all State Medical Laws for that State, there is one thing to note in the article.

This all began back in 2011, Obama was still allowing arrests right and left. That wouldn't stop for another 3 years, 2014 when the Cole Memo came out, followed by the budget amendment that keeps legal med users protected.

While it's still practical to be cautious this incident happened in an entirely different world as far as public and political perception of cannabis.

A close friend of mine was pulled over recently. Not for speeding, not because there was anything wrong with her driving or her vehicle. She was pulled over because as she passed the officer at 45mph (the posted speed limit) he alledged that it was because he smelled marijuana as she drove past.

She did have a few joint roaches in her car...but wasn't actively smoking. She was not aware of her rights nor was she able to think clearly due to fear. She consented to a search. They found the roaches but did not charge her and let her go with a warning.

Lesson being is don't play their game.

If it had been me behind the wheel it would've been a far different outcome.

Point being dont don't talk to the police....EVER

Agreed. I'm chickenshit and doubt I would have started growing if it weren't legal here. Mad props to everyone living and growing under less progressive conditions.

Offer the cop a free search only after you get to search his wives under ware stash in his bedroom. The police do not like their home looked through and neither should you!. JUST SAY NO!
