Flushing

I'm a first time grower, growing in soil and would like to flush for two weeks.
I'm wondering if I'm supposed to count the days of flushing from the last time I fertilised or the day I watered with just water?

Also, I fertilise every second watering and want to try using blackstrap Molasses for the last 3 weeks of flower.
Am I supposed to add only every second time to the clean water or do I also add to the fertilized water and use it every watering?

If you're in soil, there's naturally some amount of nutrients in the soil which gives you a lot of flexibility when flushing You could start the two weeks after the last feeding, or two weeks from the first time you give plain water. The main thing is to just make sure your plant isn't yellowing too fast during the flush. It's normal for the big fan leaves to start turning yellow during the flush, but you want to harvest before any yellowing spreads to the sugar leaves (small little leaves on your buds) or it can discolor your buds.

Definitely feel free to post a picture of your plant just to make sure it's ready for flushing! As far as molasses, if you're giving plain water every other time I'd add it the the plain water instead of mixing it in with the nutrients. I don't think it would have an effect either way but it can't hurt to be safe and try to prevent any possible interactions

I just asked another question and posted a picture with my bud
Because my plants got dried most leaves are yellow already, but the sugar leafs are still green.
