Flushing the soil

If I wanted to change pH of the soil ( promix ) I would need to flush the soil with lower pH water. Would this not drown the roots of the plant? And or wash the nutrients from the promix. A bit confused.

flushing-sick-cannabis Hey Davedude, here is some info to explain what you are looking for. Your flush is to get rid of excess buildup of salts and nutes and any bad shit hanging around. If your ph is low flush with 6.5 ph water or 7.0 depending how low it is until the runoff is at 6.5 ph. then add your nutes to a gal of water to feed. Check PH After nutes are added to 6.5 then feed. make sure to add Cal Mag with your nutes. If you are in flowering stage flushing its to clean out for better buds. Hope this helps ! Good luck !
