That's just mono potassium phosphate (mkp) it's great for ripening and accelerates the swelling and weight gain but it does not change the structure of the bud
Ohh yeah. It does work. I use pure mkp for the bulk up just like you.
But if you keep your light on 13 or 14 hours a day during flowering and turn off your ac and you'll see the problem we outdoor growers have flowering in the summer. The plant just keep stretching like it does during the transition to flower resulting in sparse elongated buds. It's not a density issue by itself. The calyx clusters grow separated from one another and no matter how swollen and dense there's space between them. Sometimes even several millimeters. Its obviously also strain dependant but in general this results in a perceived lack of density/shape
I just took some picture of s couple of strain that got too stretched due to what I'm explaining. The calyxes are hard and meaty. Swollen but sparse. I out your handle of the piece of paper so you know I just took them. Normally buth these strains are very dense but this was the hottest summer I've ever grown in and it shows
Very welcome my friend. It's really hard to grow outdoors outside the July to October window. I'm going to post a video of my little operation so people get an idea of what I'm doing
