Flowering question

I have a plant in the 5th week of flowering. One of the biggest buds has about 50% of the pistils turning brown and starting to curl. The numerous other buds show no signs either yet. I realize it's still early, but should I remove the bud that is farther along ( when it's ready) or leave everything alone? This is my first plant in decades and do not know any information on the seed it came from. Thanks in advance for your input

I've read others on this forum, have removed some of the more mature buds and continued to leave the rest to mature. I think u would be ok to do that. :)

Sometimes your hairs will turn and curl but then a few days later you'll get a whole bunch new white hairs, definitely invest in a jewelers loupe and go off of what your trichomes look like instead of the hairs

Thanks for the direction. I have a loupe on the way. I'm sure they are still weeks from being ready. I guess I just got a little antsy, seeing one that appears much farther along than the rest. Having the above suggested equipment will help with that. Have a good day all.
