Flowering autos flushing

Hi I have 2 autos going 1 ak48, blueberry Kush, in dwc,both are 75 days old from seed, my question is, harvesting, do I watch the tricomes or is this a time(date) ,you can see where they weren't always happy, I'll take what I can, Is there anything special I need for flushing in dwc, and does it matter that it's an auto

Check for tricomes. Its always the best way to tell full maturity. Congrats they look great but maybe still a while to go

The plant with the white buds looks like it still has a few weeks to go, while the one with pink/purple buds looks a lot more ready, possibly even ready to harvest right now. It's hard to say for sure without looking at the trichomes, though Here's more info with lots of pics, I hope it helps!
