SOIL Flower Stage - Please Help

She has been through a lot this one, but recently put her into flower with the light schedule of 12/12; using Fox Farm nutes & soil; and switching lights to bloom to keep things cooler as I only have fans.
Anyway, she has been in the flower stage for about 2weeks now, and I still have yet to see any formation of buds, and as a new and first time grower I am wondering if I should be worried.

She a healthy girl and looks like she'll be flowering soon. 12/12 isn't a switch that immediately begins the flower stage. The plant needs to ready itself and will go when it has everything in place. You're doing a fine job.
