I decided to get 4 submersible water pumps to top feed also
I would like to germinate in rapid rooters in clay in 5gal buckets

Any ideas for a good grow for my first time would reallyl help. This site is truly the only one I am going to follow for help....CANT WAIT TO GROW MY FIRST....SECOND ATTEMPT WILL BE GSC EXTREME PHOTOPERIOD.....

SMOKE UP EVERYONE

Hey Will and Sue! That sounds like a good setup. One word of advice is to not stress too much. That is hard with the first grow, especially after spending the money you did for that setup. My first grow was an auto and i only harvested about an ounce off 2 plants. I was extremely disappointed. Fast forward a year and many learning experiences later, im still not super but my last harvest was 2 oz for one plant in the same setup. Of course, i had no growing experience of any kind when i started.

TL;DR
Treat everything as a chance to learn. Dont sweat the mistakes. Have fun. Cheers!

No Title

Yes. That is how i germinate mine. I have done exclusively DWC (not top fed) and have just put the seed in a rapid root and then put that in the reservoir. I have 5 gal buckets with clay and a rapid root. I took a quick pic of the bucket (my babies are sleeping so this was the best i could do)

sound like you have everything for a great grow!!

I suggest go low using lst...

We will be here for more info as you get farther along....

Tersky said it well...the excitement of first grow can get out of hand, so hang on to your patience and remember to have fun with the learning process. And autos can give great harvests...some of my first ones produced 2 to 4 ounces each. Good luck! 😊🌱
