HELP! First time Growing Update

Hey you guys. I have this seedling. She is 2 weeks old. Currently i keep her in this white ceramic pot without water holes on bottom.
I was thinking putting her into this bigger and with holes pot.
What do you guys think. Is it too early or should i transfer her?

How much light are you allowing her to get. And I'd suggest a pot much larger to transplant to. Much larger.

She is chillin all days on direct sunshine under the window and on nights i put her under lamp.

How many hours of sunlight. And how powerful is this lamp. What type of light

Yes go with at least 5gal if it's plastic make many holes in it, fabric no worries. Get decent potting soil without the sack sayin " feeds for up to 6 months " can you dig it? When you transplant run a knife around the edge of that ceramic pot try and do the lifting out gently and bury that plant deeper keep it supported it's need more light strong light.

Seems kind of counter intuitive to start in a container with no drainage. For curiosity's sake, why did you choose that method?

My other plants (non cannabis) were literally floating in soil last rain. Forgot to add the drainage holes lol
