First time grower

This is my first time growing I was experimenting to see if I could actually do and everything's been going good up to this point. Im about 5 weeks in to flowering my plant been doing good buds staring to grow but about a week ago the leaves started to turn brown and drying out but the buds continue to grow, what could be going wrong?

Looks like the usual suspects... overwatering and PH issues.

Those are going to be my initial thoughts. Could you provide more info please? Lights, nutrients, media, watering frequency, PH of water, etc...

We need a template stickied for troubleshooting asking for all this info...

At 2nd glance.... your 2nd pic looks like glossy leaves. Possibly broad/russet mites.

Im using cfl lighting, fruit and vegetable nutirents i picked up from home depot 12-10-5, over the past 2 weeks also adding molasses and i haven't been keeping up with the ph of the water. They dont have a gloss to them its probably just the flash in the second pic

Adjustment of the ph to the proper range is critical for healthy cannabis.

Was your baby started in this pot? It does look to be an over water problem. Had an outdoor plant look the same due to soggy soil. Do you lift the pot before you water, to check ho heavy ?

I transferred it when i switched it over to flowering and I'll start checking the weight of the pot before watering thanks.
