HELP! First time grower - need advice!

Hi, I am a first time grower wanting to start my first plants this vacation.

I did some research and found that I will choose between 2 options:

1) Using about 6-8 (15-20Watt) CFL Lamps indoor.
2) Growing it in our back garden which gets about 8 hours sun a day.

I need some advice on the indoor plan - will 6 20 watts be enough for 2-3 plants - do i need to get more lamps?

I will make a grow tent from pvc if I choose the indoor one.

Thanks (and sorry this is probably been asked a billion times)

What yields can I expect when growing outside and same for inside with those lamps?

I have
3 Super Lemon Haze seeds
5 Chronic Seeds
2 Unknown (Probably Swazi Gold (I Live in south africa))

Your not going to pull much weight from those CFL.

On the outdoor there are so many factors. I've seen 1 pound to 12 pounds. (Sun light, weather, nutes, soil, ect all have something to do with it)

Thanks.. I thought about my situation and want to build a scrog setup with t5 lights (fluorescent ).
Is 2-3 80 Watt adequate for 4 plants?

I will build a long ish linear setup (4x1) with the lamps overhead.?

It wont cost much as these kind of lamps are cheap here
 
Check out my recent grow (autoflower time line) for a 1st timer I would sugest autoflowers as for lights u need 10,000lumes plus. For 1 sqf I would recomend buying a 600w hps. Cfls are really only gd for side lighting and leds are nice but I'm my exsperince hps is the best way to go cfl and led might not produce the quality in the bud ur looking for. Are u growing inside or outside? Also I recomend promix soil. 50/50 perlite and soil helps if u fuck up on nutes or ph but u will have to water everyday or 70/30 is nice because u only have to water 1 time every3 days roughly but u can't flush as easy if u fuck up. As far as yield u can acheive a lot out of autos but lights have the biggest effect on that. If u have any questions at all feel free to message me and ill answer as fast as I can :). Nutrients are also somthing to think about I recomend either fox farm or emerald harvest I personaly use fox farms 3 trio then come flower I add Alaska morbloom
