It looks like you have some type of insect. Check the underside of your leaves. Luckily you are in veg it appears so you still have a lot of options for extermination.
You kind of still in veg because it has got any pre flowers or calyx where the two pistils grow from. The transition. Your plant looks healthy. Probably being over concerned.
I was just battling thrips in week 5 of flower. I used a product called spinosad. It says it's safe to use till harvest but I am still a bit skeptical. You can try h2o2 dish soap and water as a foliar spray too.
Thank you for this bit of Information!! Reason being for worrying is that I had 6 plants but only one turned out female and I really would like to fully harvest and reap the benefits of my own grow
