First Time Grow DWC System, Viparspectra 600w LED

Afternoon mate...it can be pretty soul destroying posting with limited feedback. The plus side is this is a good grow mate. I wouldn`t do much more defoliating this late in but poss try and tuck some leaves outta the way but be mindful of mold. Personally, I`d have been heavier at flip and 3 week-usually by week 3 the leaves have bounced back but I find the canopy`s not so full so 3rd week is a bit less than flip. This is an old pic of a girl that shows how far I`d take it at 3...this is the max I`d do for but I`d expect good bud growth as well as good leaf development. That is a lot of canopy you have there so lower buds are likely to be more airy but hell, still a very healthy looking lass and great bud sites. She`ll yield well and next grow will build upon this. Defoliating is a personal thing...there`s not that many factors...well 2 really for me-you have to remove enough leaves to make defoliating successful and it depends upon the strain. It really is trial and error. I`d go 2/3rds of how much you think you need to remove if you find you generally overdo it and def more next grow. That`s what I`ve been working on anyway. Anyway, however you approach it, there will be mistakes but it`s a personal learning curve, one mother of a curve though. Good luck mate. Sorry for quality of pic but this old pic seemed to suit this chat well

Hey guys,

Yesterday i finished week 9 of the flowering, on the mid of the 8th week i've started adding sensizym to my nutrient mix (its been 1,5 week) and i haven't find any significant change on my kilimanjaro and unfortunatelly no change in BBSC =(. i think i wont be able to save BBSC and make it produce buds.

Flushing: Is flushing a must do? according to my research in hydroponics u can start flushing 4-5 days before the harvest, what do you guys think about it? what should i do?

im adding some new photos from my grow, expecting comments.

thanks everyone who helped me or added any comments in my first grow.

I faithfully flush for a minimum of 48 hours prior to harvest, I have flushed with plain water, Flushed with Flawless Finish for 6 hours and then flushed with plain water for 48. Added Flawless finish to the water, kept it in, then harvested three plants starting on the morning of the 48 hours, then 24 hours later harvested the second and finally the third.
My official tester (Bride) could not tell the difference, however, even with a plain flush, it does taste better than the "Test" buds who have not been flushed.
I would say for my case and the chems that I use it is a must do.

last week i finished my grow of 2 plants.
had them flush without nutrients for a week before harvest.

first time doing so, plants didnt change color either...

recently found that my CalMag has NPK of 3-0-0...
which i added, but not the nutrients.

so plants still get their N from the CalMag and their P from pH down...

would make sense then to drop calmag as well from nutrient free water.

sensizym should not contribute to plant feeding... only to keep the root zone happy...

i flushed for 7 days... maybe you can see a change in the leaves in less time, or more time...

ziet er goed uit!

Guyss, i finally finished my grow on monday.

i flushed for like 8 days in total (4 days half flush 4 days full flush)

gave them last 48 hours of darkness before harvest.

here are the results of the kilimanjaro.

Thanks everyone on this forum to make this happen.

That was a nice run with great results. I enjoyed watching your garden grow, hopefully you'll keep posting.

Good luck with your dry/cure and give us an update.

Thank you for your support, its good to see someones reaction.
Now its been 3 days that they have been drying in the tent. RH in tent is 52-61 is it too high? i hanged them in my tent put 1 fan which doesnt blow air directly to them and works every 15 min of 1 hour. i put sugar leaves which i trimmed on the alimunium foil on the floor which i dont know if its right or wrong.

i couldnt measure the wet weight and beacuse of its my first time i dont have any guesses about the weight.

im planning to cure them in jars and put boveda 62 packs each.

You're off to a good start, follow the recommendations Nebula has here on GWE, you'll do great.
It's very dry (35% RH) here, so I'm always managing the dry time so it's not too fast. It usually takes 4-5 days here, then dry buds go into 1 LB plastic coffee containers. I've never used any of the RH indicator packs or any drying aids and my buds are very smoke-able. I've used my shake to make alcohol extracts, but honestly, most of my trim goes in the compost bin, I should probably change that.
