First ScrOG attempt, Bubba Kush 7 weeks old

Not sure wear you mean? I have plant ties I use but after cutting them and moving them once are twice the green coating starts to come off.. but as long as the coating is still on the wire that's touching the plant I still use it... other wise I toss out and cut a new one... but the rest is chicken wire and some green string I had laying around.. **butt I believe what you see is the plant tie.. i take the coating off on the end i stick threw the fabric of my smart pot

Good Morning TF88, looks great, from my house, gonna look lots better when it's filled up with huge buds, good job an good luck 88
Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Fantastic! I'm really glad to see you decided to make the switch. I was reading through the scrog tutorial again and it mentioned how bad chicken wire was and I kept thinking about your plants lol. They will be very happy you changed to string!

Did some deflation tonight and left some bigger fan leaves around the edges ... Figure they're not covering nothing and storing energy.. But I noticed tonight on day 9 of the switch to flower that the white hairs are starting to pop out everywhere.. Just little ones but there everywhere! New screen right on time! May even throw the two plants I have in the veg closet in to fill the screening.. But these are just starting to stretch so... May just hold off on that an just keep these two going... Now I started lightly on the pk boosters and sweeteners .... I'm running in both the coco and soil
GH trio 5ml each
quarter table spoon Epsom salt( just in first two weeks every other gallon)
Advanced nutrients voodoo juice ( going off bottle, started half strength )
Advanced nutrients sensizim ( going off bottle, started half strength)
For Coco only
GH liquid Kool bloom ( started a quarter strength end of week one)
GH Cal magic
Coco sweetener - Black strap molasses 8ml. Clove honey 12ml with half ml. floralicious plus
For soil only
advanced nutrients big Bud ( started beginning of week two half strength
Advanced nutrients Bud candy

I also use molasses in my soil the night before i turned my light out for 36 hours for transition but they went straight into flower!! Awesome an beautiful looking.. I'll take pics when lights come on tonight! Thanks for the help and feed back everyone!!!! Merry Christmas an Happy growing y'all!!

Looking great TF88, are you using BS molasses all the time? My understanding was to use only in 2nd half of flowering and only small amount 1x a week maybe. Would love to hear how that is working out for you in reference to the coco girls? Feeding coco how often? Thanks and keep up the great work.

Merry Christmas...:)

Yes I've been using it since I started growing about two years now... I use berr rabbit bs molasses.. I use it to finished flushing my soil before i grow in it and also use it in beginning of flowering for my soil... When I use as a sweetener like in my Coco here I use it about once a
week in flowering that mix I have posted above... Smells like sh1t but works great lol

I've been reading up on molasses during veg (in soil) and found this informative thread that suggests that it's fine to use in veg and helps feed the soil. Scroll down for the lengthy reply in the middle of the thread: http://www.rollitup.org/t/molasses-during-veg-whats-the-point.410406/

I have only added it to my soil in prep for transplanting so far, but may use it next time I feed. The microbes I use (URB Natural) has it's own food source, but I feel like a little extra dessert can't hurt. I'll be adding it again in veg.

Thanks for the info TF88 and GDF..:) I will consider starting the BS molasses when flowering starts in stead of waiting for 2nd half. You are right GDF, what can a little hurt..:)

Yeah you don't need much!! I've read if you use to much it can gunk up the top layer of your soil.. I water every other day in my soil so I use a little once a week an pretty much flush it threw the media all week with nutes.. but I've also use it all threw veg.. when I prep my soil for seedlings or transplant I use it then about every three week are a month I use it after I do a little flush.. the carbs in it are great for micro life in soil an your p plants use it to store energy to feed the micro life I've read somewhere.. but just helps the cycle and has always worked great for me!

TF88, I still have a bit of concern on proper amount, however I will start to push it a bit and listen to the girls very closely...:)

I am in coco coir, so with that being said, a little change in what I do makes big changes in how the girls respond as NO buffer like in good soil.

As long as I keep my good eye on them, I can correct much faster than soil.

Pushing the limits out of our comfort zone is how we learn and achieve great things..:)

I use it in my Coco at 10ml molasses an 10ml clove honey in gal of hot water.. stir up check pH .. put in fridge to cool over night then pull oit out ready to use when it gets to room temp.. an I only use two to three cups and flush that down threw with my nutrients mix once a week in flowering.. Dunno if it's right but works pretty well.... Best of luck SF

SFnot sure what molasses you'll try but just make sure it's sulfur free! I dunno what's the difference honestly just every thing I've read about it all say the same sulfur free!!! Lol good luck

Finally got the pics ... Crazy with the Holliday's an everything don't get much time an when I do I'm busy messing with the girls I forget to take pics... But happy happy holidays everyone!!!!! Let me know if you see something I should do.. start of week 3 since the switch to 12/12 an I think looks great..
