Hello! This is my first grow in a long time and my first outdoor grow. I'm having a problem determining if my plants are ready for harvest and have 2 pic's for your expert review.

Please let me know if you think this plant is ready for harvest or not and why. Your help greatly appreciated especially after all the time and love put into these babies....

Hi, Roscoe.
A small, hand held magnifier would help your harvest timing decision. Monitor the buds until most trichomes are cloudy/milky and 5%-10% have turned amber
(per most grow sites) then harvest. I follow this and get great bud.
GWE has lots of pictures and when to harvest information which is very helpful.

Thanks...I use a magnifying glass but a little insecure because it's been years since my last grow. I've retired where it's legal and love sitting on my deck with these beautiful plants.

If you have a somewhat current smartphone take a carful picture at full zoom , then when your viewing he picture zoom into that and you will probably be able to see trichome development
A loup or USB microscope is best
