Hey I just started a grow a week ago (my first) and I have been overtending. Long story short I got 2 CFL lights on 3 seedlings. 2 of them are burned, but I'm not sure if it's the light or the makeshift nutes I gave them from not growing fast enough. I was sure they were healthy earlier today, now not so much. Btw they are in top soil from HD

So they are looking less than fair but I watered them before putting them in bed(lights out). I live in MI so it's getting colder at night. I think this may be contributing to their stunted growth. As bad as they look and they may be on death's bed they are still alive. I will never start a grow winging it again.
