First grow

Preferably double the size its in now. Water the plant before you transplant, wait an hour or two. Make sure the new soil is damp also not soaking. Run a butter knife along the side of the pot and put your fingers between the stem and flip the pot over. It should drop out whole. If your soil is crazy loose and you think it will all just fall away even when watered if you try to transplant then dont do it. Hope this helps.

Ok so I transplanted it into a 5 gallon bucket. It came out just fine. All the soil in one piece. Lots of roots thru the soil. All gathered at the bottom. When I was putting it in the bucket the soil on the side fell apart a little. My hand ended up going thru the soil a little. Do u think the roots could have been damaged?
 
Keep things in perspective, I do bonsai and cut 1/3 - 1/2 of the vegetation and roots away every year of two. They take a few days to a week to recover then they take off. Cannabis is a freaking weed, lol. It will be just fine, it's just a matter of how long it will take to recover . This is much more of an issue with auto flowers but looking at your beautiful plant and the pot it was in i really think your lady will thank you in the long run.
 
What's the distance on your light . That looks like an indica but it's still a pretty close internode distance. I wouldn't worry though.
 
Ok thx Dutchman for setting me right on this. Thx for helping me out along the way. I hope she thrives now. Some of her bottom leaves were getting droopy before the transplant
 
23 inches is safe for your light. You can probably go down to 18-20 inches in flower but leave it where it is for now in veg. Also every strain likes things a little different so move light down slowly and watch closely for a few days.
Do you have a veg/bloom switch or no ? You should have both on at this time if you do.
 
There isn't a veg bloom switch. It's just the basic viparspectra 300 watt led light. It has all the colors for veg and bloom. Looks like a damn rainbow coming out of my box lol
 
So I think I have a flower starting. Can someone confirm this. This is two days after the transplant. I thought it went into shock bc nothing happened for a while. But it seems to have grown about an inch or so last night. I added 2 photos. How does she look? Healthy?
