First grow , weird plant growth

This is my first grow and on this plant I have a branch that is about a foot long , and instead of it starting to flower at those nodes it is growing more branches and those branches are starting to bud , some one said it was a double stem no idea what that is just super confused

Don't see anything unusual - other than your plants are a very light green color - give em any nutrients yet?

Yes I have been as per the instructions, every other watering, I had a very bad gnat infestation . I have gotten rid of them and “ just seeing “ what I can salvage from them

not enough light, soil looks to wet compacted my thoughts.
