First grow, huge problems

I have recently started my first grow, as it’s something I have always wanted to try.

My setup is a 30cmx30x100 tent, coco, advanced nutrients, double black g13 labs seed, 250w mh bulb, 3 small fans for circulation, swift air carbon filter.

It has been growing for three weeks, but I am now encountering problems. I can visually see deficiencies, but I am not an experienced grower, so I would appreciate some advice/help on my next steps with growing this.

I have attached images.

Tell us about the soil, PH etc..
Also hit the "Plant Problems" button at the top of this page and look in there, read to find that deficiencies are mostly PH issues.

Need to add perlite, you plant cant breathe. Also make sure ph is around 6.0. Also looks like light stress so raise your lights a little.

Advanced nutrients aren't going to help a plant who's roots can't breathe. Like Tersky says, "add some perlite" so fresh oxygenated water can move through there. Coco is harsh mistress and needs to be continuously pampered.
