Well here's a few pictures. I'm following Nebula's method to build a manifold for the Game Changer. I've pretty much followed the web site religiously and I'm starting to think this might just work! I've had a couple small problems, a little light burn, just set the new distance to 18-20 in problem solved. Had a little powder mold, took care of that. Thanks for the AWSOME web site!!! Plan on switching at day 60-63. I've heard that seeds need 60 days in veg, is this true? I might have a hight problem...

Shouldn't need to veg for 8+ weeks unless you want to grow some monsters

11 in a 4x4 - (sounds like a good weekend) WOW - Yeah you might get crowded, although with a snip snip here and a snip snip there - I would try like hell to keep them all. And being photos - they are going to stretch in the beginning of flowering - this is why I like autos better -like William said - here's 7 in a 3x3

This is day 45 from seed. They are over a foot tall. I'm thinking its time to switch, but I've heard seeds need 60 days.
they are in 5 gallon fabric pots.... Looking for opinions!!

Figure that flower strech will double the height of plants. More if they are sativas. Have you done any LST?

Yea, they're all manifolded to 8 colas each. My concern is that they only have 5 sets of leaves on each cola. I'm not sure if I should grow them out a little or just go for it. I'm running a 600w light...

My first grow was a strain with an advertised flower time of 8 weeks. Using CFL's it took 11 weeks for trichomes to turn cloudy with just a few amber. I have a small grow area and have to gently bend colas to keep them out of lights. Some say not to LST after first couple of weeks in flower unless absolutely necessary. I was too aggressive with defoliating on last grow and quality suffered. I have gone back to KISS principal!

I started with the KISS principle and will stick with it. With 600w in a 4x4x7, I should have plenty of light. I did the LST to get lots of colas. After some measuring, I have about 5 feet of vertical room for plants. They'll be 16" tall in a couple days, so I should switch very soon. I'll do some light defoliating a week or two into flowering. I'm fairly anxious about all this, I suppose that's common with a first grow...

You can flip whenever you think you're finished with training and ready to flower. Doesn't have to be any set time frame, could be 4 weeks of veg, 6, 8. Some people even do 12/12 from seed to start flowering ASAP

Yea, I just flipped them a couple hours ago. 3 of the 7 might be males yet, the rest have white hairs appearing. The clones are starting to stink....life is good. Should I run the exhaust fan 24/0 while in 12/12?

Go easy on defoliating your first time and read up on subject. Some on here have had good results with extreme defoliating and recommend it highly but my last attempt didn't. I had so many colas that I rubbed off trichomes trying to get to fan leaves. You have good lights to penetrate canopy so it is up to you. Your plants look great!

always leave exhaust fan on to get rid of old air and bring in new air.
