First Grow/Closet Grow - Need help and tips

Thank you so much, already learn so much the closet is 7sgf so ill need about 21000 lumens? I have my room going 24/0 but changing it to 18/6, ill make that c02 recipe as soon as I get some yeast. I think im going to buy that fox farms tri as well, also getting ph test/ up and down
 
Ok yes forgot about that, it will be awhile until I find out gender right? Not until they start to flower?
 
Your doing good so far. Can't help too much with lights as I went with LED and they are very different from what you have, but for future reference LED are great for closet grows as they put off very little heat and good for small spaces.

Your plants look good so far but like the others said you definitely want some nutes. You can get FloraTrio or Fox Farms Trio at most corporate type nurserys but if your looking at getting the smaller bottles use Amazon you can get all three for like $40. Once you get the nutea you can refer to Fox Farms website for a feeding schedule (I attached it below) View attachment soilenglish2015.pdf

Keep on giving them some love and attention and if anything happens refer to the main GWE page and the plant diagnosis page or ask here in the forums.
 
I also use LEDs, hardly any heat great for closets. SouthernOregonSeeds look em up.Those lights you got will grow weed bro.
 
Ok ill look into LEDs and clfs because id like to get rid of those halogen light bulbs at the least ill look up that seed company, any cheap/good seeds you'd recommend?
 
Are those halogen, are u sure? I don't know what you like but any of there auto fems will do good. Read up on them and decide what you like and in a very short time you will be smoking the good sh-t. The people on GWE will help you with any kind of help you need. Its late where i live, southern state, sleepy plus high as hell. Good Luck.

Well I screwed up.on that one I guess. I wanted to learn and learn through it all. But now bud less for soooo long I wish I'd gotten autos to start. Oh wellll. ;). Hope when I post a journal soon I'll get your advice then.
 
If ur looking for smaller cheap leds try amazon/ebay I really like the light bestva I have the 1000w it's a true 200watt and I love it but just keep in mind with any light u need atleast 500watts of true watts to flower her properly the more true watts the better tho u can flower with less but ur yeilds are drasticly decereased
 
I thought they would work. Brother look on GWE files until you see Rockman, click on some of his grows and you'll see that not only him but a good many folks use only cfls and they grow the shot out of some awesome bud. More light is great up to a point, but you need to check out Rockmans grows and some others, nothing but cfls, heat is not much problem with those. Check back in .
 
I'm moving my plants outside soon but until then I'm using CFLs. I started out with one soft white 13w (the only spare bulb in the house) which caused terrible stretching. (What can I say? It's my first grow!) Got 4 daylight 23w which made a HUGE difference. My plants seem content and while it's definitely warm, it's not HOT. I'm using a fan to keep the air from getting stagnant but I've kept the lights pretty close to the plants with no problems so far.
 
Bro I am sure it would ,but to be honest if this was my first grow I would spend my money on some cheap cfls some autoflower seeds where you can keep the door open an not worry about heat ,you said your not worried about smell ,a PH meter ,humidity - temp gauge, a 5 pound bag of KindSoil and be done with it. My first LED I had to send back cause some of the lights went out.I not saying that one would but you never know.
