It's July 1st, which means today is the planting day for the MAC1 x BD seeds.
To my surprise, and I got there, there was already a plant growing in one of the pots. Hilarious because I'm 99% sure that this is from the sprouted seed tea that I made with the Blue Dream Seeds. Even after soaking the seeds for 3 days and then blending them in a blender, some of them survived. Aliens definitely didn't come and plant the seed sometime in the middle of the night and this is the soil that I've already used in my last grow which ended up getting the sprouted seed tea mix.
I think I'm just going to take that seedling and transplanted out bring it home and put it next to that Acapulco Gold
Super excited about this. Even though I technically didn't pollinate the seeds myself on purpose..... There's been plenty of plants and plenty of grows that where accidentally pollinated and turned out to be worldwide favorites.
The MAC is amazing from this last grow it's by far my favorite smoke. Not only was the morphology just beautiful on that plant but the flavors determines are so complex and this is one of those that will wash really really well because the trichomes were like giant pieces of sand. Just absolutely huge trichomes.
Meanwhile the blue dream that I made the art and so from still despite the fact that it's seeded out, it's still pretty good The high is still high that I love. Maybe a marriage between these two plants is going to yield something amazing.
I'm hoping I get four females this way I could see the differences between all four of them. Surely there's going to be some different pheno expressions. Some might be leaning more towards the Mach 1 while others could be leaning more towards the blue dream. I'm excited It's going to be a whole new learning lesson.
Like I keep saying maybe I had to sacrifice my beloved blue dream in order to get a magical unicorn from the Cannabis gods . Let's see where this goes
