First attempt at scrog

Decided to try a scrog setup. I have got 3 plants under the screen.
The plant at the front is Bruce banner and it's going gang busters.
left rear is Black widow which is also going well but the plant on the right at the rear is Skywalker og and it's .... weird.
It's so slow growing , it's only 6 inches tall with a trunk as big as the others and the biggest leaves I've ever seen let alone from a plant half a foot tall.
Any ideas as to what's going on with it? Dwarfism?? Can that happen to a plant? ....
anyway any advice about my scrog would be appreciated

Not dwarfism - stunted - I imagine you topped your plants - I have found sometimes after topping they stay mad at you and don't progress the way one would expect.

Yeah that makes sense, although the seed description said they need topping .
wondering if it needs a warmer climate.
