My second tent finally came into today and its rocking finally got a veg tent 600 watt MH and Flower tent 600watt HPS now the issue im having is getting the humidity down in my flower tent When its closed up at night if i completely seal it my humidity is about 70-80 at night and open during the day i can keep it around 45RH any ideas would be helpful

Do you have a good exhaust fan in the flower tent? I had heat issues until I got a decent exhaust fan with speed control. Now my heat is under control but humidity is low. If your humidity is around 45 when tent is open but rises to the 70's at night when closed up it seems you could balance humidity with better air exchange or leave exhaust fan on at night. What is ambient RH where you live?

The Rh is low right now it's turning to spring slowly northeast. I run a sealed system my humidifier couldn't even keep up with the exhaust I use a 440cfm exhaust 6 inch so it moves some air I have it running through both hoods right now and in not having a heat issue at all it stays between 75-80 depending on the day I just recently heat shielded my window that helped a lot in the summer I run a 20000btu ac so it's massive biggest one u can get without going to a 240 volt so summer will be fine. Probaly having the opposite problem of most people. I going to put a fan on top of the tent to try to pull air out and see if that works
 
I agree. Or at least get a fan in there 24/7 to keep the air moving so moist air around the leaves and buds don't form dew. Even with high humidity circulating the air reduces the chance of mold
 
My issue is worrying about light leak but I know when I open the side I can see in but I cannot make out the plants so I assume it's really not getting effected because the light isn't technically hitting the plants at all by getting any light leak and it was like that all along so am able to keep the window open because the light isn't hitting the plants???
 
Be careful with that. My understanding is plants need total darkness during flower. I even cover indicator lights with tape when in flower.
