Feminised seeds

If i plant a standard feminised seed, and it gets pollinated by a standard ol male from around my local, will the offspring be normal or more-likely hermaphrodite? I’ve heard that these feminised seeds from online font go well mixing into your own seed bank... wondering if anyone can clarify this.

IF the pollen came from a hermie, then the seed will be fem
IF the pollen came from a true male the seed will be regular seed with male and female seed
Results depend on what the pollen donor was, hemp or?.
