Excessive heat, excessive cold, light leaks, water irregularities. Pretty much stress on the growing flowers puts the plant in survival mode and tiny banana shaped pollen sacks erupt to try and ensure the survival of the line. Indoors, I have found, this is easier to make happen than not. Total opinion, but its free.
