Hard to say now, from my understanding you have 2 pistols that are crossed which could be a female. Im sure some people on here will agree or disagree. You really wont know until flowering starts

Still too early. Give it another 3weeks, maybe a little more and it should start showing signs of sex. That is just a baby still. Think of it like human years, it hasn't quite "hit puberty" yet.

It’s easy to panic if you think you have a male and yes absolutely remove it if u find one but the pollen sacs won’t be viable or bust open within the first few weeks u got time it’s not a panic situation to find a male
