Female, male or hermie? please help!

Greetings, fellow growers!
I am new here and new to growing, in fact this is my first and only plant. Just trying my hand here. It grows outdoors in a pot. the plant is about 16 weeks and a week ago I noticed the buds started to form. The entire vegetative period I was monitoring for preflowers and I didn't see any male preflowers. However I see now that the plant is growing many little buds that I recognize as pollen sacs. These are noticed to grow always below the buds. I am plucking all these little pollen sacs every day as I see new appearing. I do not know my strain, I just got a small plant from friend.
So my questions are:
1. are my observations correct and I am dealing with hermie?
2. in case I am wrong what are those little "pollen sacs"?
3. what should I do to ensure better crop?

YES!...Male or hermie.. pic 2 show's quite a few pollen sacs. I would dispose of it quickly so it doesnt affect your other plants. Bummer.

It will toss a lot of pollen out everywhere making a huge mess to clean up, and the pollen will be hard to clean out so the next grow is not affected by it.
Do you have allergies? Are there other growers near you? If so think of their crop too.
I have killed 14 males this year, 3 of those were 10+ feet tall, it part of the game when one grows from regular seed.

thanks! I didn't think of it from this prospective actually. I will take it into account for sure. I don't see any other growers nearby. I'll keep plucking the sacs for now, just to see what happens next. my plant as about 3ft tall so far, so it's not difficult yet.
