So I'm finally making some headway (ha) on my infusion/tincture/etc projects, and discovered something interesting. Might help me narrow down what this mystery strain is, might not.
During flower, the plant generally had very little smell but when I did smell it (typically a sign she was stressed somehow) it was spicy and almost incense-like.
In dry/cure, the bud tended toward chamomile or tea.
Now that I decarbed a batch, after a brief burst of the typical burnt-weed aroma (while it was cooling down) it's very brightly berry-smelling and sweet, maybe a hint of citrus but I can't tell for sure.
I've been told that I have Colombian Gold, and the terpene profile on Allbuds seems to be correct...I still haven't narrowed down the flowering time (I've been trying to collect any seeds I find, 12 weeks resulted in existent but nonviable seeds and I don't think I'm gonna get any from the newest harvest).
