Fasbuds girl Scout Cookies (auto)

Morning BlueBudz, that's good news, if they were mine, I'd be letting them get used to your stronger light before very long, like hang it up high so they want be harmed, then after a couple of days give them all the light you can at a proper distance. Good Luck BBs
 
Thanks daas had them in and out every couple hours of the main tent yesterday and today they are in all day! If I see any burn when I get home I’ll move it out for a couple hours
 
So the girls are doing ok, not growing as fast as I’d like though.

BlueBudz, Looking like your girls are coming along. Such a test of patience right now with the young plant. It is putting it's energy in to a root system, the important step here just practicing patience and perfect schedule, visual growth will come in time. Is this your final pot?
 
That's another thing autoflowers don't like is transplanting, some it doesn't bother to bad, some it slows them down to a stop in growing and that's what you don't want is a slow autoflower. They like to grow fast, in their short life, I try not to transplant but once, from my Dixie cup to my final 3-5 gallon SmartPot. But everyone does things differently. Good Luck with your GSCookie.
 
I only plan to transplant once. They are in very small starter pots right now. I only have 1gal,3gal and 7 gal smart pots. Would you suggest 3 or 7 gal?
 
Hey BlueBudz, that GSC can sometimes get big, but if you keep her tied down where all the colas are even ,a 3 gallon ought to be fine. Good Luck with her, I've got some more of those Gscookies seeds, from FastBuds, we are gonna try to grow next after these 5 autoflowers we're growing now are done in about 60 more days. Love the Autos.
 
Awesome, I’m looking forward to watching that. So if you had to choose what would be better for them 7gal or 3? I have space for either so it doesn’t matter to me just want the best environment possible
 
Hey BlueBudz, if you got the soil an perlite, what the hell, I'd go with the seven gallon pot, you never know she could grow up to be a monster, normally a 3 gallon will do fine, your gonna do a good job with whatever pot size you choose.
 
Just started a royal Gorilla and a critical today (both photo) so might just eventually do these in 7 and do the autos in 3’s. my plan is to veg these in the same tent until the autos are done then switch the light for them so they will probably be big
 
If you have room for bigger pots and arent pushing your supplies, then by all means use them. With more soil you have a larger nutrient reservoir. This helps with longer grows. I note that you want to grow photos and autos together. Havent done this myself, but if you are going to hold your photos (not switch to 12 /12 until later), you will appreciate having bigger reservoirs for nutrients and roots. Just a thought. My recent soil grow (see Merry Xmas post) was grown in a two gal pot for 4 months but with NO added nutrients. Im pretty sure I used up every drop of goodies available in my soil. 😁
 
Looking good, Blue! Hope you have already transplanted them to permanent home. I start mine in solo cups and after a week to 10 days I start seeing roots coming out the bottom of the cup.
 
Hey thanks guys I’m glad to hear they are doing good! Pura I haven’t transplanted them yet might do it tomorrow or later tonight. Got another 4x4 tent today so I have lots to do!
 
Quick update, haven’t had a chance to transplant yet.
