Exhaust Fan Mounting Question

I have an AC Infinity S6 Inline Fan that I want to mount. I have a concern: The instructions direct me to mount the chassis to a stud. This will essentially make my tent static. I won't be able to easily move it or the fan at a moments notice. Not to mention, I don't relish the thought of putting any more holes in my new house than absolutely necessary. Have any of you created a work around, you'd be willing to share?

I'd get a couple of wratchet ropes and suspend it in your tent or wherever you plan on putting it

The light I have came with two leads with clips. I used ratchets instead. The wire things I used to hold the fan up and isolate the vibration. Looped through the bracket and over a ceiling support in my tent.

What I've done with my 6" Jetfan. Zip ties work well. No studs. No holes. Mobile. etc...

Mine is being held up by zip ties in the tent. It's worked great so far.
