HELP! ES300 LED grow light distances and intensity setting

I was hoping Nebula Haze would answer this question.
I followed your instructions on my last grow, which was successful, and about to start another one following your article:

Can you give us a chart or something telling us how far and what intensity setting
the ES300 LED grow light should be from top of plants throughout the different stages
of the grow. This would be for plants from seed or clones, no Auto's. I'll be using Coco and Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro, and Dyna-Gro Bloom for nutrients.

My latest light recommends these general settings. It's 300w.

Seedling: 24-30 inches, 25% power.
Vegging: 18-24 inches, 50% power.
Early flower: 18-24 inches, 75% power.
Flowering: 12-18 inches, 100% power.

Wild I always run opposite lower the light low wattage on sprouts and young plants then raise light and wattage as plants grow. Nothing a weak sun can do far away. Imo I'll run 720watts @25% for 180watts 6 inches away.
