Epoxy and weed!

Have you ever put a little epoxy on top of your weed and smoked it?

Me neither, but I built this pretty cool shelf and epoxied some weed leaves into it. It turned out great!

It's just some particle board that's cut to fit some braces in my garage so I can have a shelf to put things on when I'm burning down.

FIRST COAT

2ND COAT : I added some color this time by mixing a really small amount of epoxy with the mica powder.

3RD COAT - and hopefully the last coat. I may need to add one final clear coat.

If you really want an impressive epoxy coating use Kleer Koat table top epoxy resin, this is commonly used on restaurant tables and it's real thick and is one tough coating.

You lay down a bottom coat, then using a torch or hair dryer force the micro bubbles that will come out of the unfinished wood to the surface where they will pop, then add your decorations and pour your layer coats.

This epoxy can be layered so thick you can embed coins in it and still have a perfect flat table top..

This is a countertop I built for our kitchen island which is coated with that epoxy.
