SOIL Enough room

Depending on training? I have a 4x8 and originally started 5 plants with no training and it turned out there were 3 males I would not have had room for all of them. Now I have 5 photos that have been heavily trained and there is plenty of room in there now.
 
I have done lst from the start. Height isn’t a issue. I was wondering about air circulation and lighting
