Earthworm !

As always before everything else. I check my plants in the morning,And this morning found this little baby earthworm on top of the soil on one of my plants.
should I freak out ! Or just ignore the situation and let the nature do,it’s things. Any suggestions?

I ain't no plant doctor or worm doctor, but i don't see how worms could hurt anything, probably helps more than it hurts.

Worms are great for your soil. Salt fertilizers and chemicals are not good for the worms.
I'm curious if you are growing indoor how did the worm get there?

Worms aerate the soil. They feed on material in the soil, and leave enzymes behind in the digested soil. Which is great for your plants.

3 gallons for now half organic soil mixed with coco coir and perlite.

Worms are good. I put them in my soil mix on purpose.

Most worm keepers would transfer it to their compost heap so it has a better chance of living. Your plant is already in soil so you don't need the worm, that said it will not hurt your plant.
