Early flowering

is my plant too early to start flowering? How to solve this? Please help

Stress?? Is it a clone? how much light/dark is it receiving.. Not much information to give good feedback on.

My country is 12/12 day n night..but everyday is raining..i think it is the cause..can it grow more bigger again?

IF it is a photo plant then yes you can add hours of light and reveg it, at least 14 (some need more) but 16+ would be better IMHO

yea, even with overcast or rainy weather, the plants still know when its 12/12 sun/no sun. It's the same reason why the 'light of the moon' doesn't affect plants in 12/12 flowering. I'd agree with Rwise that you can try and add extra light to send it back into re-veg. If that doesn't work, make sure you do that from the start next time; good luck!
