E42a problems

I would appreciate your opinions on this problem of mine.
I have a vivosun grow tent with all vivosun equipment including 31x31" tent, E42a hub,E6g2 fan, aerolight A100se light, aerozesh s4 duct fan.
My problem is As I was by chance watching one afternoon during a grow I noticed my light go out, a few seconds later the complete tent shut down.
After cussing and checking all connections I attempted to re pair my E42a hub to my app on iphone after repeated attempts I contacted just answer for their opinion. After going through the pairing again and checking firmware and wifi band concluded the E42a was faulty. So I called vivosun to see what I should do.
They sent me instructions on how to pair the device. just like in the book. Of course it didn't work. Can I get the communities opinion on how to procceed!
I don't know if I should buy a new E42a , Still in warranty , Or not.

They have a couple of different products that you might want, you should check out their website, does your equipment have a rj port or a type c, they have adapters for running different equipment

I have no experience with Vivosun products. I can vouch for AC Infinity. Their products work as advertised and their customer service is good. If you can find a controller of theirs that will work with your equipment I'd give serious thought to switching.

My opinion, throw all the digital crap away. Yea it makes life easier in some aspects but growing plants isn’t hard and the digital stuff will screw your grow up. I prefer analog timers and fans I either turn on or turn off. Simple but trustworthy

Thanks for your input, It seems like you handle your grows without a lot of stress.
Actually, since i'm down anyway maybe I should try going basic. Good luck to you bboyfromwayback

Technology is getting too complicated to make it work without a lot of stress. I use analog timers, easy to set and forget. AC T7 humidifier, still trying to get it to run and stop at what I set it at. Trial and error I got it doable. Wall fans on analog thermostat. I find that the more they try to shove into all electronics the harder it is to make it do something that used to be simple. Most instruction seem to be "AI" written because they are incomplete and tell you do do things that are not there. I need a toke!

Exactly! I tried a digital power strip years ago which failed during flower and it caused my grow to herm on me. Since then I’m all analog timers. I don’t need my grow to stress me out 🤣
