HYDRO DWC top off

Any Hydroponic growers out there I have a question. I have a Mars Hydro 5gal DWC bucket growing a beautiful Gold Leaf photo in week 5 of flower. I’m getting some leaf deformation and some other oddities going on. I’m also noticing some ever increasing nuts burn on tips of leaves. Something is off and im trying to dial it in.

So my question is when topping off the res between changes do I use plain ph’d water or do I add nutes in with top off water? Up until now what I’ve been doing is making twice as much water with nutes I need at res change day and use what’s left over after refilling the bucket to top off throughout the week. Is this the wrong approach for top offs? I’m using GH Flora Trio at 1/2 strength. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.
 
Howdy SmokeyJoe.... adding more nutes during the time between change outs is always based on what your plant is consuming....you must monitor your EC or PPM nutrient level so you know whether to add more nutes or just plain water.... I use the GH line too....
