What would cause my dwc to make the leaves look rusty

Hard to see in that light but most common cause for rust colored spots is calcium deficiency which can be caused by lack of calcium or incorrect ph.

Howdy webanator, I agree with Tersky, can't tell much about the plant's condition with out seeing it under a full spectrum light. Also a list of nutriments, supplements, and environmental conditions (water temperature, etc.) would be very helpful as well.
