Can chlorinated water be used in the final flush?

Howdy Duse, I use tap water (chlorinated city water) and have not had any problems. As long as the chlorine can not be smelled, it should be safe to use. If You can smell it, just let it sit out, uncovered, over night and the chlorine will evaporate out of the water. I grow with a DWC setup and I think that the chlorinated water helps to control algae and mold growth. I add GH FloraKleen to the tap water (pH'ed to 6.0) for the pre harvest flush and have had very good results.

Hey Duse, welcome to the forum! Agree 100% w/ DW2: I've used tap water for all three of my DWC grows (and two flushes) without a single problem.
