HELP! during 3 first weeks of flowering - 72 hours darkness or 16/8 schedule?

Hey y'all,

so I'm soon to travel for ~80 hours away from my babies. thing is I got auta's growing with plants from different stages. naturally the schedule is 18/6 in my grow room.
one plant that I flowered early is getting some special treatment - I move it in and out of the grow room constantly, for 12/12 cycle to get it to flower. for now, Ive been trying to flower it for a week or so, and pistils have initiated.
the thing is that in ~3 weeks I'll be travelling for ~80 hours - and I wont be able to persist with its 12/12 schedule. by that time the plant will probably transition to full flowering mode. I dont know how to treat this situation - I cant switch the room to 12/12, and i won't be able to move the plant in and out.

what do you think? should I just leave it in the room for 18/6 or let it sit in the dark until I come back?
if you have some other ideas or thoughts I'll be glad to hear. I'll also say its no an option for someone else to tend to my business.

Cheers

3 days of reduced light @12/12 (think cloudy days) wont affect yields of the auto's and will keep your photo in flower- while you are away.
3 days in complete darkness for the photo would work fine, too

My thought is, dude its 3 days. That's nothing. I travel 2 to 3 times a year for 7 to 14 days at a time. I generally over saturate the media if I am going to be gone, they always look droopy when I return, but a drink and all is back to normal. Dont do anything different. Plants like normalcy. Just my opinion and it's free so there's that lol.

my reasoning to not go 12/12 would be that i have other 'not auto' plants vegging in the room - and im afraid they will go into flowering or worse - turn hermie.
the vegging plants are my royal cup - both strain wise and investment - as i grow them to be bigger and bigger.
