Drying in grow tent? Good or bad idea?

Hello all,

So yesterday I harvested one of my plants and now I'm in the drying process. Initially I had them hanging in our home office in the basement, but now the smell is overwhelming the entire house. Some family came in and instantly got the wave of it as soon as they walked in the door (I'm not worried about them - they are cool about it). However I'd like to keep it a secret from others.....

Now I've moved the hangers in my grow tent. It's really my only option due to the smell...The lights/ fans are still operational since my other plants are not ready. Is this environment going to cause an issue? The humidity level ranges from 41 - 46%

Once the buds are dried I will jar them and use boveda 62 humidpaks in the jars as well.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

when I first started growing I put them in a cardboard box with a hole in each end and set it on my light I had a 6 inch fan blowing in one end of box works great for awile

I took your advice Mr.Furley. Last night I moved them out of the tent and into a dark room (basement office). Blocked the window, closed the door, lights off. On Saturday (when people come over), I will move the hangers into the grow tent temporarily and turn the lights off. Then move them back afterwards.

Thanks for all your help throughout my grow!
